Regarding climate change, increased intensities of OPM-caused tree defoliation and contaminations of humans\/animals with the urticating hairs (setae) released by OPM larvae are expected.<br \/>For hazard assessment and decision support on timely and effective OPM control, the online early warning system \u201ePHENTHAUproc\u201c was developed.
